| In vivo | At 3 mg/kg, LAS101057 effectively prevents Acetyl-β-methylcholine-induced airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR), and at 10 mg/kg, it inhibits AHR to levels similar to those achieved by 1 mg/kg of Hexadecadrol[1]. |
