| In vitro | KPC-2-IN-2 treatment, at concentrations of 5 and 50 μg/mL for a 24-hour period, demonstrates remarkable tolerance in HEK-293 cells, as evidenced by a Cell Cytotoxicity Assay. Specifically, the assay results indicate that the cells retain over 80% viability after 24 hours, both with and without the co-presence of 30 μg/mL cefotaxime. |
