| In vitro | JI-101 hydrochloride displays high stability in liver microsomes from mice, rats, dogs, and humans, with only 3.03-3.95% metabolism after a 30-minute incubation at a concentration of 10 μM. At 1 μM and after 15 minutes, JI-101 is primarily metabolized by recombinant human CYP1A1 (activity decreases by ~44%) and CYP3A4 (activity decreases by 10%). Additionally, when tested across a concentration range of 10-100 μM for up to 120 minutes, JI-101 hydrochloride efficiently penetrates Caco-2 cell monolayers, exhibiting an efflux rate of 0.32. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
