| In vitro | JH-LPH-28 effectively suppresses bacterial growth with a concentration as low as 2.8 μg/mL and demonstrates a Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of 1.6 μg/mL against wild-type K. pneumoniae. Additionally, it exhibits IC50 values of 0.11 μM against K. pneumoniae LpxH and 0.083 μM against E. coli LpxH, indicating strong inhibitory activity against these bacterial enzymes. |
