| In vitro | In bovine and human osteoarthritis (OA) cartilage samples, Isecarosmab (1-100 nM, 5 days) dose-dependently inhibited the significant release of huARGS and exAGNxI induced by O+T, as well as the release of GAG induced by IL-1α [1]. |
| In vivo | Isecarosmab significantly improved medial cartilage degeneration in mice with destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) when administered subcutaneously at doses of 0.1-10 mg/kg every three days [1]. |
