In vitro
Methods: hMDM and iMGL cells were treated with Iluzanebart (10 µg/mL, 48-96 h), and cell viability was measured using CellTiter Glo.
Results: Iluzanebart significantly protected cells from PLX5622-induced decline in cell viability. [1]
In vivo
Methods: Iluzanebart (1-200 mg/kg, single dose) was administered intraperitoneally to hTREM2-CV mice. The effects of Iluzanebart on microglial gene expression and proliferation were evaluated through RNA sequencing and cellular analysis.
Results: Iluzanebart increased microglial proliferation and CSF1R surface levels in the mouse brain, with significant elevation in specific chemokine levels (such as IP10 and MIP1α). [1]
