Description
Hsp90-IN-47 (Compound C15) is an Hsp90 inhibitor and antifungal agent with an IC50 of 0.014 μM for Hsp90α. When combined with Fluconazole, Hsp90-IN-47 demonstrates significant synergistic antifungal effects against the Fluconazole-resistant strain Candida albicans 0304103. Additionally, Hsp90-IN-47 exhibits antitumor activity against acute myeloid leukemia and non-small cell lung cancer.

In vitro
HDAC/HSP90-IN-5 (3 h) exhibits strong inhibitory effects on Hsp90α with an IC50 of 0.014 μM. When used in combination with Fluconazole for 48 hours, HDAC/HSP90-IN-5 demonstrates significant synergistic antifungal activity against Fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans strain 0304103, with an FICI of 0.063. Additionally, HDAC/HSP90-IN-5, tested over a series of diluted concentrations for 48 hours, shows antiproliferative effects on HEL cells, HL60 cells, and A549 cells.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 µL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
