| In vitro | FKBP51-Hsp90-IN-2 inhibits the interaction between Hsp90 and FKBP51 in HEK293 cells when administered at concentrations of 3-30 μM for 48 hours, and enhances energy metabolism after treatment with a concentration of 10 μM for 1-4 hours. Additionally, this compound stimulates neurite outgrowth in differentiated neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
