| Description | EGFR/COX-2-IN-3 is a highly selective dual-target inhibitor of EGFR and COX-2, with IC50 values of 0.098 μM and 0.05 μM for the two targets respectively. Pharmacological prediction Results: show that it possesses good oral bioavailability and blood-brain barrier penetration ability. Meanwhile, it exhibits significant analgesic effects and anti-glioblastoma pharmacological activity, and can be applied to mechanism and efficacy research of glioblastoma and other tumors. |
| In vitro | Methods: An in vitro cell proliferation inhibition assay was used to detect the proliferative inhibitory effect of EGFR/COX-2-IN-3 on human glioma U-251 and SNB-75 cells, and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) was determined. Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
