| In vitro | CppA-IN-1 (compound 3) at 18.2 μM does not inhibit the phosphatase activity of purified recombinant Chlamydia trachomatis CppA. At a concentration of 50 μM, CppA-IN-1 does not inhibit Chlamydia trachomatis infection in HeLa cells, as determined by the measurement of inclusion-forming unit production. This compound does not form critical interactions with residues R166 and/or N167 in a homology model of Chlamydia trachomatis CppA, which correlates with its lack of in vitro CppA inhibitory activity. CppA-IN-1 at 50 μM is not cytotoxic to human cervical cancer HeLa cells, maintaining a cell viability of over 90%. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 µL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
