In vitro
Antitubercular agent 34 exhibited inhibitory effects against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv at concentrations ranging from 0-20 μg/mL over 3-4 days, achieving a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC 90) value of 1.25 μg/mL [1]. Additionally, this compound demonstrated an inhibitory effect on the human monocyte THP-1 cell line at doses of 0-100 μM across a 3-day period [1].
