| In vivo | Anti-Mouse 4-1BB/CD137 Antibody (LOB12.3) in combination with anti-PD-1 (200 μg, intraperitoneal injection, every 3 days starting from day 9) can improve the function of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in glioblastoma models and prolong the survival of CT2A tumor-bearing mice [1].
Anti-Mouse 4-1BB/CD137 Antibody (LOB12.3) (100 μg, intraperitoneal injection, every other day starting from day 4 post-infection) can slightly increase the number of virus-specific CD4+ T cells and significantly enhance the expression level of granzyme B (GzmB) in mice infected with Friend retrovirus [2]. |
