| In vivo | Methods: Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) (10 mg/kg, administered on days 2, 5, and 8) was injected intraperitoneally into female Balb/c mice bearing H22 tumors. Results: Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) promoted tumor vascular normalization, improved tumor vascular perfusion, reduced hypoxic regions, and increased the number of CD8+ T cells within the tumor.[1] |
