Description
Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) is a rat-derived monoclonal antibody against mouse VEGFR2/KDR/Flk-1, serving as a mouse analogue of ramucirumab. It induces tumour cell apoptosis by blocking VEGF-VEGFR binding and inhibiting tumour angiogenesis, suitable for studying colorectal and gastric cancers.
In vivo
Methods: Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) (10 mg/kg, administered on days 2, 5, and 8) was injected intraperitoneally into female Balb/c mice bearing H22 tumors.
Results: Anti-Mouse VEGFR-2 Antibody (DC101) promoted tumor vascular normalization, improved tumor vascular perfusion, reduced hypoxic regions, and increased the number of CD8+ T cells within the tumor.[1]
