Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) is a mouse-derived inhibitory antibody that targets mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L and blocks 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL), thereby inhibiting the activity of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, and is suitable for research related to cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, specifically applicable to models such as MC38 tumor, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) infection, and herpetic stromal keratitis (HSK).

| Description | Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) is a mouse-derived inhibitory antibody that targets mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L and blocks 4-1BB ligand (4-1BBL), thereby inhibiting the activity of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, and is suitable for research related to cancer, infection, inflammation and immunology, specifically applicable to models such as MC38 tumor, lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) infection, and herpetic stromal keratitis (HSK). |
| In vitro | Treatment with Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) at concentrations of 5 μg/mL or 50 μg/mL for 3 days can inhibit the proliferation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in response to allogeneic antigen-presenting cells, and attenuate the cytotoxicity of normal C57BL/6 T cells against host allogeneic antigens after stimulation with Balb/c antigen-presenting cells [3]. |
| In vivo | Intraperitoneal injection of Anti-Mouse 4-1BBL/CD137L Antibody (TKS-1) at a dose of 150 μg (administered 1 day before infection and on days 1 and 3 after infection), when combined with Anti-OX40L , can attenuate the magnitude of LCMV-specific CD8+ T cell responses in Cd70/80/86−/− mice infected with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV) [1]. Intraperitoneal injection of this antibody at a dose of 200 μg (administered on days 0, 3, 6, and 8) can inhibit the progression of herpetic stromal keratitis (HSK) in mice infected with herpes simplex virus type 1 strain RE [2]. When administered intraperitoneally at a dose of 200 μg (on days 0, 2, and 4), this antibody can prolong the survival of cardiac allografts following transplantation from Balb/c mice to C57BL/6 mice [3]. Intraperitoneal injection of this antibody at a dose of 100 μg per 25 g body weight (administered daily before IMQ application) can alleviate the inflammatory response in a mouse model of psoriasis induced by imiquimod (IMQ) [4]. Intraperitoneal injection of this antibody at a dose of 100 μg (administered on days 0 and 2), when combined with the 3H3 antibody, can effectively inhibit tumor growth in MC38 tumor-bearing mice [5]. |
