| Description | Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) is a human-derived antibody inhibitor that specifically targets human IL-11. Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) serves as a molecular research tool for investigating IL-11-mediated signaling pathways, cytokine biology, fibrotic mechanisms, inflammatory responses, and related cellular processes. |
| In vitro | Method: Bleomycin-treated mouse nucleus pulposus cells were incubated with Anti-IL11 Antibody (X203) at 20 μM for 48 h, and downstream signaling was evaluated by western blotting. Rresult: X203 effectively inhibited IL11-induced STAT3 phosphorylation.[1] Method: Primary human lung fibroblasts were stimulated with TGF-β1 in the presence or absence of X203, and fibroblast activation, extracellular matrix production, ERK signaling, contraction, and migration were evaluated. Rresult: X203 inhibited IL11-dependent ERK activation and reduced TGF-β1-induced myofibroblast activation, extracellular matrix production, gel contraction, and cell migration.[3] Method: The neutralizing activity of X203 against IL11-dependent hepatic stellate cell activation was evaluated using a concentration-response assay. Rresult: X203 inhibited hepatic stellate cell activation with an IC50 of 40.1 pM.[4] |
| In vivo | Method: Col4a3−/− mice with Alport syndrome received X203 at 20 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection twice weekly for 2.5 weeks, beginning at 6 weeks of age. Rresult: X203 attenuated body-weight loss, reduced albuminuria and kidney fibrosis, improved renal function, and reduced renal ERK and STAT3 activation, inflammation, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition.[2] |
