Description | Anti-CTLA4 Antibody (3L241) is an antibody targeting CTLA4. Anti-CTLA4 Antibody (3L241) can be used in ELISA, IHC. |
Alias | IDDM12, ICOS, GSE, GRD4, CTLA4, CELIAC3, CD152, ALPS5 |
Ig Type | Rabbit IgG |
Clone | 3L241 |
Reactivity | Human |
Verified Activity | 1. IHC image of TMAH-00311 diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB. 2. Application | ELISA, IHC |
Recommended Dose | IHC:1:50-1:200. |
Antibody Type | Monoclonal |
Subcellular Localization | Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Note=Exists primarily an intracellular antigen whose surface expression is tightly regulated by restricted trafficking to the cell surface and rapid internalization. |
Construction | Recombinant Antibody |
Purification | Affinity-chromatography |
Appearance | Liquid |
Formulation | Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. |
Research Background | Inhibitory receptor acting as a major negative regulator of T-cell responses. The affinity of CTLA4 for its natural B7 family ligands, CD80 and CD86, is considerably stronger than the affinity of their cognate stimulatory coreceptor CD28. |
Conjucates | Unconjugated |
Immunogen | A synthetic peptide: Human CTLA4 (CD152) |
Antigen Species | Human |
Gene ID | 1493 |
Uniprot ID | |
