| In vitro | Akt/mTOR-IN-1 demonstrates effective inhibitory activity in HepG2, MCF-7, and MDA-MB-231 cells at a concentration of 10 μM over 72 hours. At 2 μM for 12 hours, it induces autophagic cell death and apoptosis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) A549 cells via the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Furthermore, Akt/mTOR-IN-1 causes G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in NSCLC A549 cells when administered at concentrations ranging from 0.3125 to 10 μM over a 24-hour period. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
