Alexa Fluor 647 Me-Tetrazine is a bright far-red fluorescent dye containing a methyl-tetrazine (Me-tetrazine) functional group, which enables bioorthogonal conjugation to TCO or other unsaturated groups via inverse electron-demand Diels–Alder (IEDDA) reactions. It preserves AF647’s intrinsic photostability and fluorescence intensity, offering excellent signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity for live-cell labeling, multicolor imaging, and single-molecule studies.
