In vivo
Compound 4o (AChE/BChE/BACE-1-IN-2) administered orally at dosages ranging from 0 to 10 mg/kg, effectively ameliorates cognitive dysfunction in a scopolamine-induced amnesia model, as demonstrated in the Y-maze test [1].
