Description	ZXH-3-26 is a PROTAC composed of a Cereblon ligand, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and a BRD4 ligand that can be used to study cancer.
Targets&IC50	BRD4:5 nM （DC50）
In vitro	BRD4 degradation was determined using 100 nM ZXH-3-26. Obvious degradation of BRD4 was observed after 30 min, and complete depletion was observed after 4 h. [2]
