In vitro | According to your specific needs, modify the following recommended protocol:Dissolve 20 mg X-Gluc cyclohexanamine in 1 mL dimethylformamide (DMF) to prepare X-Gluc master mix.Without sterilization, add the prepared X-Gluc solution to agar medium plates at a final concentration of 50 μg/mL.Use the plates to inoculate the organisms after allowing them to air dry.Observe 16-24 hours after inoculation by incubating the plates at 35°C. |
