VGL101 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) that targets TREM-2. It acts as a pSYK agonist with an EC50 of 0.77 nM. Under ALSP pathological conditions, VGL101 enhances the survival of microglia and monocyte-derived macrophages, inhibits apoptosis, and aids in restoring cell morphology to resemble the normal activated CSF1R state.
