| In vivo | In HB-EGF overexpressed ovarian cancer xenotransplantation model, U3-1565 as a single drug showed tumor cell growth inhibition in vivo. Xenograft model studies have shown that the antitumor activity of U3-1565 is based on inhibition of EGFR activation and prevention of carcinogenic MAPK signaling. [1] |
