In vitro	TPPS (0-20 µg/mL) demonstrates no cytotoxicity in Vero and HEp-2 cell lines in vitro, with its primary localization observed within the soluble and protein fractions of the cells [1].
In vivo	TPPS4 exhibits the highest tumor-to-tissue ratios 96 hours post-injection, demonstrating dose-dependent behavior [2]. The compound is primarily eliminated via renal clearance, with its absolute concentrations in the kidneys diminishing over time following administration [2].
