| Description | T-91825 HCl (189345-04-8 Free base), also known as Ceftaroline or PPI-0903M, is an N-phosphono-type cephalosporin antibiotic and the active form released upon dephosphorylation of the prodrug TAK-599 (Ceftaroline fosamil) in vivo. Its mechanism of action involves high affinity for penicillin-binding protein 2a (PBP2a), which is associated with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) resistance (IC50 = 0.90 μg/mL). It kills various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria by blocking bacterial cell wall synthesis, including resistant strains such as MRSA, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE), and Streptococcus pneumoniae. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
