Description	sEH Inhibitor-16, a potent soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitor, exhibits an IC50 of 2 nM. It diminishes inflammatory damage associated with cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis (AP) in mice, making it suitable for inflammation and immunology research [1].
In vivo	sEH inhibitor-16 (Compound 28) at 10 mg/kg, administered intraperitoneally, protects against cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis in mice [1]. It also demonstrates a half-life (T 1/2) of 7.6 hours and a peak concentration (C max) of 4.17 ng/mL in CD-1 mice following the same administration route [1].
