| In vitro | SDH-IN-4 at a concentration of 10 μg/mL significantly inhibited the mycelial growth of the fungi R. solani, F. graminearum, B. cinerea, and A. solani over a period of 3-5 days [1]. |
| In vivo | SDH-IN-4 at a concentration of 100 μg/mL applied for 5 days exhibited an 87.48% inhibition rate against R. solani in detached rice leaves [1]. Additionally, SDH-IN-4 at 20 μg/mL inhibited the growth and development of R. solani mycelium and severely damaged the fungal cell membrane within 0.5-3 hours [1]. |
