In vitro	S100P-IN-1 (Compound 4) inhibits the binding of S100P to RAGE in a dose-dependent manner[1]. S100P-IN-1 (10 µM, 24 hours) specifically inhibits S100P-mediated cell invasion without apparent cytotoxicity[1].
