Description	PSB 1114 is an effective and selective agonist of the P2Y2 receptor (EC50: 0.134 μM).
In vitro	PSB 1114 activated P2Y2, P2Y4, and P2Y6 (EC50: 0.134, 9.3 and 7.0 μM respectively). It exhibited >60-fold selectivity versus P2Y6 and P2Y4 receptors [1].
