Description
PROTAC AR Degrader-5 (compound A46) is a powerful AR PROTAC Degrader exhibiting an IC 50 of 49 nM. It not only inhibits sebaceous plaque but also promotes hair regeneration [1].
In vivo
The chemical compound PROTAC AR Degrader-5 (compound A46) exhibits significant bioactivity in both Syrian hamsters and C57BL/6N mice. In a Syrian hamster model, daily dermal applications of 100, 200, 400, and 800 µg combined with 12 µg TP for 21 days resulted in sebaceous gland suppression with inhibition rates of 19.24%, 35.20%, 49.54%, and 51.61% respectively. In the C57BL/6N mouse model, dermal doses of 5, 10, and 30 mg/ml with DHT 30 mpk applied twice daily for 17 days successfully induced hair regrowth. The test subjects were female Syrian hamsters aged 7-8 weeks and weighing 90-110 grams.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
