| In vivo | The chemical compound PROTAC AR Degrader-5 (compound A46) exhibits significant bioactivity in both Syrian hamsters and C57BL/6N mice. In a Syrian hamster model, daily dermal applications of 100, 200, 400, and 800 µg combined with 12 µg TP for 21 days resulted in sebaceous gland suppression with inhibition rates of 19.24%, 35.20%, 49.54%, and 51.61% respectively. In the C57BL/6N mouse model, dermal doses of 5, 10, and 30 mg/ml with DHT 30 mpk applied twice daily for 17 days successfully induced hair regrowth. The test subjects were female Syrian hamsters aged 7-8 weeks and weighing 90-110 grams. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
