In vivo
A dose-dependent anti-inflammatory effect of oxidized UTB4 following A-carrageenan injection into mouse footpads. Twenty micrograms of oxidized UTB4 produced equivalent suppression to that induced by 0-5 mg/kg of dexamethasone[1].
