Description
PI3Kα-IN-23 (Compound 9) is an inhibitor of PI3Ka H1047R.
In vitro
PI3Kα-IN-23 inhibits pAKT phosphorylation in cells with an IC50 ranging from 1 nM to 500 nM in T-47D cells and is greater than 15 μM in SKBR3 cells. Additionally, PI3Kα-IN-23 suppresses cell proliferation with an EC50 of 500 nM to 2 μM in T-47D cells, and 2 μM to 15 μM in SKBR3 cells.
