Targets&IC50	3β-HSD1 (human):42.52 μM
In vitro	Perfluorodecanesulfonic Acid competitively inhibits human placental 3β-HSD1 in vitro with an IC₅₀ of 42.52 μM. Perfluorodecanesulfonic Acid significantly reduces progesterone biosynthesis in JEG-3 cells at 1-10 μM but has no effect on rat 3β-HSD4 or human aromatase at 100 μM[1].
