| In vivo | Ovalbumin (low endotoxin) via intraperitoneal injection (100 μg once weekly) in combination with an aluminum hydroxide adjuvant (2.25 mg) successfully induced a Th2-type immune response, eosinophil infiltration, airway hyperresponsiveness, and elevated levels of specific antibodies in mice (BALB/c mice, female, 6–8 weeks old) successfully induced a human allergic asthma model characterized by a Th2-type immune response, eosinophil infiltration, airway hyperresponsiveness, and elevated levels of specific antibodies. Ovalbumin (low endotoxin) was administered via intraperitoneal injection (20 mg/kg, every other day) combined with nebulized inhalation, successfully inducing a human allergic asthma model in rats (SD rats, male, 4 weeks old) characterized by Th2-type immune responses, eosinophil infiltration, airway hyperresponsiveness, and elevated levels of specific antibodies [1]. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
