In vivo	Omiganan significantly lowers bacterial counts, demonstrating a reduction of 3.8 (S. aureus), 2.2 (S. epidermidis), and 2.3 (C. albicans) log 10 CFU/site, indicating its rapid bactericidal and fungicidal effects. Furthermore, it exhibits substantial dose-dependent activity against a wide range of infectious organisms[2].
