| In vitro | In SKOV3-ip1 cells, IMC-3G3 (Olaratumab) at a concentration of 100 μg/mL for 72 hours blocked the phosphorylation of PDGFRα. Furthermore, the combination of IMC-3G3 with docetaxel notably induced apoptosis in SKOV3-ip1 and HeyA8 cell lines [1]. |
