Nicotinamide-15N (Niacinamide-15N) is a deuterium-labeled form of Nicotinamide, which is a variant of Vitamin B3 (niacin). It acts as an inhibitor of SIRT2 with an IC50 of 2 μM and also inhibits SIRT1. Additionally, Nicotinamide increases intracellular levels of NAD+, ATP, and ROS. It is known to suppress tumor growth and enhance survival rates. Nicotinamide Hydrochloride also exhibits anti-HBV activity.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
