Description	Methdilazine Hydrochloride (Bristaline) is a histamine H1 receptor antagonist used in the treatment of dermatologic conditions and for the relief of itching caused by allergies or rhinitis.
In vitro	Methdilazine Hydrochloride demonstrates inhibitory effects against various mycobacterial strains when applied at concentrations up to approximately 20 μg/mL for 18 hours, with observed minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) ranging between 5 and 15 μg/mL[1].
