Description	HAIYPRH hydrochloride is a targeting ligand that specifically binds to the transferrin receptor (TfR) and facilitates the transport of nanocarriers across the blood-brain barrier [1].
In vitro	HAIYPRH hydrochloride (T7), a heptapeptide, is conjugated to liposomes to target ischemic stroke for the delivery of a novel neuroprotectant [2]. Additionally, this compound is utilized for glioma targeting [3].
In vivo	HAIYPRH hydrochloride, selected for its transferrin receptor specificity, targets the co-delivery system to tumor cells that express these receptors. The HAIYPRH-modified system demonstrates enhanced cellular uptake and gene expression compared to its unmodified counterpart in U87 MG cells and exhibits more efficient tumor accumulation in vivo [1].
