GQN-B37-Me is an MCL-1 inhibitor that can induce caspase-dependent apoptosis. It exhibits significant cytotoxicity in H929 (IC50= 3.71 μM) and MV-4-11 (IC50= 5.57 μM) cell lines. GQN-B37-Me is useful for leukemia research.

| Description | GQN-B37-Me is an MCL-1 inhibitor that can induce caspase-dependent apoptosis. It exhibits significant cytotoxicity in H929 (IC50= 3.71 μM) and MV-4-11 (IC50= 5.57 μM) cell lines. GQN-B37-Me is useful for leukemia research. |
| In vitro | GQN-B37-Me, at concentrations of 1-20 μM for 24 hours, significantly induces late apoptosis in MV-4-11 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, at 10-40 μM for 10 hours, it blocks the MCL-1/BIM interaction in H929 cells, leading to caspase-dependent apoptosis. |
| In vivo | Administered intraperitoneally every other day over a 20-day period, GQN-B37-Me (12.5-50 mg/kg) significantly reduces tumor volume in the MV-4-11 xenograft mouse model of leukemia. |
