In vitro | FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43), at concentrations ranging from 0-50 μM over 24-72 hours, effectively suppresses the proliferation of cancer cells, including SNU16, KATOIII, and AGS cell lines, with EC50 values of 17.7 μM, 35.9 μM, and 20.3 μM respectively, without showing cytotoxic effects on normal colonic cells [1]. Additionally, FTO-IN-8 (FTO-43) is found to elevate m6A and m6Am levels while concurrently inhibiting the Wnt/PI3K-Akt signaling pathway in gastric cancer AGS cells [1]. |
