| In vivo | FKK, an indazole derivative and novel bronchodilator, induces direct vasodilation in the coronary, mesenteric, and femoral vessels without affecting the renal vasculature. Notably, at a dosage of 30 mg/kg, intradermally (i.d.), FKK effectively causes bronchodilation without significantly impacting the cardiovascular system, unlike aminophylline at the same dosage and administration route. Additionally, FKK administered intravenously (i.v.) at dosages ranging from 0.1 to 3.0 mg/kg modestly elevates respiratory frequency, maximizes the rate of left ventricular (LV) pressure rise (dp/dt max), and enhances myocardial contractile strength. This administration also leads to a transient increase followed by a decrease in both systemic blood pressure and LV systolic pressure. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
