| In vitro | DGKα-IN-10 (Compound 16) induces the release of IL-2 in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) with an EC50 value of 0.29 μM. At concentrations ranging from 12 to 1000 nM over 4 hours, DGKα-IN-10 promotes the proliferation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in PBMCs. Additionally, DGKα-IN-10 enhances pERK activation in human T cells at concentrations between 59.85 and 163.3 nM. It is also 100 times more selective for DGKα than most DGK isoforms at a concentration of 1 μM. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
