Description
Dafsolimab (SPV-T3a), an IgG2a murine monoclonal antibody (anti-CD3), induces cell death by modulating and activating the CD3/T cell receptor complex and is utilized in research pertaining to graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) [1].
In vitro
In the absence of PHA activation, SPV-T3a-dgA (1.8 μg/mL) resulted in a 2.0-2.7 fold reduction in viable cell count. After 48 hours of PHA activation, the cytotoxicity of SPV-T3a-DGA increased approximately threefold.
