Description
CDK6/9-IN-2 is a highly potent dual inhibitor of CDK6 (IC50 = 15 nM) and CDK9 (IC50 = 22 nM) with selectivity over CDK2, CDK8, and CDK11. In vitro
CDK6/9-IN-2 (Compound 4) effectively inhibits the proliferation of HaCaT cells induced by IFN-γ/TNF-α at a concentration of 80 nM, within a range of 0.0032-2 μM for 2 + 24 hours. At concentrations of 0.1-1 μM for 24 hours, CDK6/9-IN-2 also suppresses the expression of the STAT3 pathway and inflammatory factors in IFN-γ/TNF-α-induced HaCaT cells, thereby reducing inflammatory damage to skin cells.
