| In vitro | CCG 224061 (E18) is a potent and selective inhibitor of GRK2, with an IC 50 of 0.07 μM, exhibiting significantly weaker inhibition of GRK5 (IC 50 of 12.8 μM) and GRK1 (IC 50 of 65.7 μM). In a 5-minute test, CCG 224061 shows strong inhibition of GRK2 (IC 50 = 0.066 μM) and demonstrates activity against GRK1 (IC 50 = 6.4 μM), GRK5 (IC 50 = 1.3 μM), PKA (IC 50 = 3.1 μM), and ROCK1 (100% inhibition rate at 10 μM) in in vitro purified kinase assays. |

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 µL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 µL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 µL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
