Description	Cbz-Gly-Pro-Ala-O-cinnamyl (compound 25) is a peptide that targets BACE-1 and AChE, with IC50 values of 0.02 μM and 1 μM, respectively. This compound exhibits neuroprotective properties and can be used in Alzheimer's disease research.
In vitro	Cbz-Gly-Pro-Ala-O-cinnamyl (compound 25) at a concentration of 10 μM over 48 hours inhibits Aβ1–42 aggregation by 54%.
In vivo	Compound 25, known as Cbz-Gly-Pro-Ala-O-cinnamyl, when administered via intraperitoneal injection at a dose of 10 mg/kg for 9 consecutive days, counteracted Scopolamine-induced memory impairment in mice.
