| In vivo | Methods：Multiple mouse models were intraperitoneally injected with Anti-Mouse IL-12 p40 Antibody (C17.8) at different doses, durations and frequencies. Phenotypes related to insulitis, diabetes, arthritis and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis were observed. Results： 1.Administration of 500 μg Anti-Mouse IL-12 p40 Antibody (C17.8) twice a week from week 5 to week 30 inhibited insulitis and diabetes in non-obese diabetic mice. 2.Continuous intraperitoneal injection of 200 μg antibody for 6 days aggravated diabetic symptoms in 2-week-old non-obese diabetic mice. 3.A single dose of 0.5 mg antibody administered 2 hours before modeling suppressed streptococcal cell wall-induced arthritis in mice [2]. 4.Weekly injection of 0.5 mg antibody prolonged the survival of mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis [3]. |
