| In vivo | Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) (200 μg, i.p., twice weekly from day 6 after immunization) abolishes the protective effect of MaR1 and increases infiltration of IL-17+CD4+ T cells in the central nervous system (CNS) of female SJL mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) [1]. Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) (250 μg, i.v., twice weekly) significantly reduces cerebral capillary occlusion density in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced type 1 diabetes (T1DM) C57BL/6J mice [2].
