Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) is a mouse anti-IL-10 monoclonal antibody. It restores the anti-tumor activity of IL-6 by blocking the IL-10/SOCS3 axis and reverses microcirculatory and cognitive deficits. It can be used in the research of cancer and metabolic diseases, such as osteosarcoma and type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) .

Anti-Mouse IL-10 Antibody (JES5-2A5) (treatment for 24 h) restores the anti-tumor activity of IL-6 and enhances the efficacy of Mifamurtide by blocking the IL-10/SOCS3 axis in MG-63, HOS and 143B cells [3].
