| In vitro | After 72 hours of treatment with Anti-Mouse CD3ε Antibody (KT3), it can enhance the proliferation process triggered by T cell receptors in thymocytes[1]. When Anti-Mouse CD3ε Antibody (KT3) acts at a concentration of 1 μg/mL for 30 minutes, it will cause impairment of calcium ion flux in thymocytes and mature lymph node T cells[2]. |
